Arthur Carter founded Stella Kidd LLC after seeing the need for practical, high-quality employment services for individuals with disabilities. Since 2018, his work in vocational rehabilitation has focused on helping customers build confidence, strengthen workplace skills, and move toward meaningful employment outcomes.

Stella Kidd LLC provides services for individuals with disabilities by helping them become successfully employed. We are a contracted vendor for Texas Workforce Solutions Vocational Rehabilitation and offer a variety of services to best meet the needs of our customers. Stella Kidd LLC and its employees have experience working with a range of disabilities, backgrounds, ages, work experience, and employment goals. We pride ourselves on being able to help each individual customer reach their employment goals.
