BIO: From the moment Arthur Carter was introduced to vocational rehabilitation in 2018, he saw what others missed: not limitations, but untapped human potential. Born in Shreveport, Louisiana, and raised in Dallas, Arthur's journey—much like the pioneers of innovation—began with a clear vision. He attended Dallas Community College (formerly Eastfield College in Mesquite, Texas) , building a foundation that would ultimately lead him to transform lives.
Working with Texas Workforce Solutions – Vocational Rehabilitation Services (TWC-VRS), he wasn't just finding jobs; he was igniting lives. This wasn't merely a profession; it was a profound calling.
In 2022, Arthur didn't just start a company; he launched a movement. He founded Stella Kidd LLC to shatter the status quo, to create a platform where true equity in employment isn't just a talking point, but a lived reality for individuals with disabilities. He saw the fire within, the desire to contribute, and he built a system to unleash it.
Arthur is a master of his craft, holding UNTWISE credentials as a Job Skills Training, Job Placement Specialist, and Supported Employment Specialist. His Director Certification isn't just a title; it's a testament to his unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation. He believes in empowering individuals, not just placing them. His approach is simple: empathy, integrity, and results. He builds confidence, honest real-world skills, and delivers sustainable employment outcomes.
His motto, "Quality over Quantity," isn't just a catchy phrase; it's the DNA of his operation. Every individual served is unique, important, and deserving of nothing less than the absolute best. Arthur's "why" is etched in stone: employment is the gateway to independence, dignity, and purpose. He's not just breaking down barriers; he's building pathways to a future where everyone can thrive.

Stella Kidd LLC provides services for individuals with disabilities by helping them become successfully employed. We are a contracted vendor for Texas Workforce Vocational Rehabilitation and offer a variety of services to best meet the needs of our customers. Stella Kidd LLC currently serves customers in GREGG , HARRISON , MORRIS , RUSK , SMITH , TITUS , ANGELINA , CHEROKEE & UPSHUR COUNTIES
